(posted 3-17-17) Saturday, March 18th. Our last day walking, but definitely not our last day organizing. We’re going to meet in front of the city lake in Hamlet, NC at 11am (click here for a map and directions). Our destination is Duke’s Smith Energy Complex 4.5 miles south of town. We’ll stop there for a rally and speak out. Come join us! Bring your umbrellas, though. It’s going to be wet.
At the conclusion of the rally, we’ll shuttle everyone back to town in our 2 vans.
